Sesriem Oshana Camp offers self-catering camping facilities with each campsite having its own private toilet and shower, wash-up kitchenette with hot and cold water and 220V electricity. Blending perfectly into the surrounding desert environment, a wooden pergola provides adequate shading for tents and caravans whilst campers can enjoy a BBQ overlooking the breath-taking Namib Desert.
Campers have full access to the shop, bar, restaurant and swimming pool at Sesriem NWR and each campsite is located inside the gates of the Namib-Naukluft National Park, making Sesriem Oshana Camp the supreme gateway campsite on the road to the Sossusvlei.
Do not go camping in winter. Check the weather conditions before booking, as the camping is in open plains, but we did see lots of wild animals though. Bring your windbreaker if you want privacy. Otherwise they provide everything including electricity.
